Our Website Revision Process
Keeping your website up-to-date is important, and we’re here to make it easy. We’ve set up a simple process to help you ensure all your location details are accurate. From updating your location sheet to adding new spots on your website and map, we’ve got you covered. Check out the information below to see how it all works!
Step 1:
Download the template and fill out all of the details including map coordinates. If you need help on how to find them, please click here
Step 2:
Once you have filled out the template, please use the form below to submit your file.
Step 3:
Once we receive your request, we will begin processing updates that include:
- Updating all internal operational documentation
- Adjusting website location information for your brand and Epika
- Refreshing print materials and brochures
- Revising marketing assets, such as tradeshow signage
- Updating the Service Matrix
Please be aware that requests require a minimum of 5-10 business days for completion. For any additional changes, please ensure all adjustments are reflected in your spreadsheet and re-submit the form to avoid delays.
For event- or tradeshow-related updates, it’s essential to submit this form at least two weeks prior to your event date to ensure timely preparation.
