While we encourage BUs to engage with their communities through local advertising efforts like newspaper ads or local event sponsorships, it’s important to maintain alignment with our corporate standards. Local advertising initiatives with an annual spend exceeding $2,000 require corporate approval to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Daily/Frequent Social Media Posting
Regular updates and daily social media engagement are crucial but handled differently across Epika. Each BU is responsible for their frequent social media activities, as daily or frequent posting is not covered under corporate marketing support. However, major content themes and campaigns will be coordinated through Epika’s central channels to guarantee unified messaging and brand representation.
Local Community Engagement
Participation in local trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities is a great way for BUs to build local connections. For any local engagement with an investment under $5,000, BUs are encouraged to independently manage and participate while ensuring activities align with Epika’s overarching goals and image.
